Flush app was great until I wasn’t able to take photos anymore it’s been 3 months.

I love using this app it really helps me track my bowel movements and how they are but recently I’ve been trying to upload pictures again and it doesn’t let me anymore
The app does not work
I have tried using the app multiple times, every time I try to scan the picture I just get an error message. What did I pay £34.99 for? Wanted to contact customer support but it doesn’t seem to exist
App was great now keeps crashing no way to contact support
App was working and about a week it keeps crashing during analysis, they don’t have anyway to contact them. Already paid for a year and feel like it’s useless now. Regret getting it.

I used to love this app as I’ve had bowel cancer then had pancreatitis and had my gall bladder out the following month and then chemo, so loved tracking things on here, the last 2wks it’s rubbish the app is just freezing and then obviously you havnt tracked that bowel movement so all the gaps on my app is where this app isn’t working all the time as I track every bowel movement. A little disappointed as it’s not a cheap app, now it’s not tracking at all. I rely on this app every day to help me
