Pathetic service not refunding my money since 4th oct
I ordered an iPhone on 27th September, but there was no status update until 4th October. When I contacted customer care, they were unsure about the dispatch details, so I proceeded with the cancellation on 4th October. However, even today, 21th October, despite multiple follow-ups and daily calls, my refund request has been ignored several times, and I still haven’t received my refund.
Their service is pathetic, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Definitely not recommended — 0 stars from my side.

Ordered phone online on 25th sep but still waiting and app and application shows only processing and agents in message and call doesn't know about that they are useless
