Fun to play around with, some pretty cool effects.
Pop Art App
Easy to use and plenty of free choices. The icons are easy to work out. Some of the filters are hit n miss. Some are comic w real eyes, some are very distorted. But some good too.
Garbage
As with so many apps, the pictures in the ad are nothing like you get in the app.

Great app! No subscription!
This app is great. I’ve used many of the pop art/toon/half-tone filters & this one is my favorite. I like the fact that I don’t have to pay a monthly “subscription” to use it. I don’t mind paying a small fee to have certain filters unlocked, because I then can chose which filters I want & then can use my chosen features forever. The other, “subscription” apps rape my wallet every month & if I cancel my subscription, the entire app is rendered useless. This is a better choice for me.

App Doesn’t Work
What a waste! It just renders the picture as one big solid color whether I add a photo from my library or I take a photo with my camera. The app doesn’t work as shown.
Doesn’t work
Every picture I’ve tried and every style I’ve selected just gives me a colored background only. Where’s my photo?!
Scam
This app doesn’t even work. Tried multiple pictures, they won’t even upload and change the photo. At all. I paid for the version, hoping that was the problem. Nope. And it’s full of advertisements trying to figure it out. Then tried customer support, doesn’t exist in English. They just take your money to feed you advertising.

Not working!!
I tried it for free and no photos would convert. I would just have a blank canvas. So I purchased it thinking that I needed to pay for it to work and it still doesn’t work!!
