Terrible, nearly no funkos
I could only see 2 funkos on the app and both were put of stock

Sold Out
Over all I have no problem with the app. I’ve waited an excessive amount of time for some Pops! to arrive but that can be said if most of the retailers. I’ve often found great deals on things no one else has.
The problem I have with this app is there doesn’t seem to be a way to clear sold out items. If you don’t have it why keep it in the search? If you search Funk Pop over 7,000 items come up. The first 5 pagers I looked at nothing but Sold Out items… it’s showing over 200 pages. Do they really expect customers to sift through over 7,000 items to find the ones in stock? It’s frustrating if you’re not looking for anything in particular.
Please fix this PIAB.

Works but I’ll never order from this website ever again they take your money and keep you waiting for months on a preorder and then cancel on you.

i have been using pop in a box for well over two years; and yes out of my orders that arrived, they all arrived in good condition.
unfortunately pop in a box had HORRIBLE stock management because
1) tell me why i have had a pop preordered for nearly two years for it to only be dispatched NOW when it came out in 2020.
2) i often get emails regarding how “the release date of such and such has been pushed back” yada yada yada.
3) i have JUST gotten an email to tell me that an order has been cancelled and when i go on my account i see that not one but THREE orders that i have had preordered since may have been cancelled due to “the product being no longer available” with the only other compensation being a 30% discount.
all of the funko pops i had preordered were in high demand so when i or others had them preordered, we should be guaranteed the product we waited for without fear of cancellation
if you can’t keep up with such high demand, don’t take more orders than you can stock

Joke of a company
Waste of time ordering anything from them. Waited well over a year for numerous pre orders. Contacted customer support who told me they’d be released soon. Turns out they just cancel them. To rub salt in the wounds they offer you a pathetic discount which doesn’t even cover the cost of postage. Don’t waste your time or money

Great to have but needs a tune up
Love the app! It just needs a tune up in regards to the “want it/don’t want it/add to my collection” button. Within the past 2 days, I noticed that the button disappeared whenever I opened the app and started looking through the products. Besides that, if I search a particular pop and try to hit the drop down button to add it to my collection, it only shows “want it/don’t want it”. The “add to my collection” selection is cut off and unreachable when I try to scroll down to select it.

BUYER BEWARE!! NOT FOR COLLECTORS!!
I have placed 1 order. It has arrived in 2 different deliveries so far and waiting on another 2-3 items. The 1st delivery had 2 Pops with NO PACKING MATERIAL, 1 was mangled. Contacted customer service and another was to be shipped immediately, still hasn’t shipped. 2nd delivery had 1 small thing of packing and 3 of the 4 Pops was damaged. I have contacted customer support and have heard nothing at this point. I have sent pictures to them as requested when contacting them as well. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

This app is brilliant and has a great layout and very appealing to buy from. But as soon as you place an order it just won’t arrive! I have canceled many orders from there and ordered from Amazon and I’ll have it the next day compared to my 2/4 months wait I’ve had to do with Pop in the box for no reason at all! They need to sort their deliveries out big time!!

Loving the pops I get for the price, wasn’t sure what to expect, kinda tough with the delay at times due to in stock, luckily haven’t had much wait and loving the themes and figures.
ABSOLUTE TRASH
This company is without a doubt the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They attempt to sell product they don’t even possess through pre-orders. There are orders I’ve placed and waited 8 MONTHS for, inquired several times, was given an “estimated release date”, only to ultimately have my order cancelled against my will in the end. I will never purchase another product that this company claims to possess and I strongly urge everyone else to reconsider giving them your business.
