I have had this app for about 5 years. Let me tell you the less you bet you will get some spins. But you bet big and I just bet 250 billion for a hour and NO bonus or nothing.

The only thing I don’t like my coins ran to fast, I had purchase several times. It feels like I was on real casino. But no win very small. They should let you win more than wasting money. Bad part I’m addicted. They should fix that problem. I stop purchasing coins
Waste of time
This game is build for you to loose. They let you win high at the beginning and then they slow down your extra earnings. For example, you start to play on small/mid bets you get balloons for cards and coins, then once you rise your bet the only balloons you get is for XP. I participated in even to get rare cards, with rised bets I should get higher cards and I got NONE. After complaining to their customer service they only advise to restart the game, like it will fix the issues 🤣🤣🤣 spent MORE THAN 50 TRILLION coins in 2 days, went 200 levels up with XP balloons… So grateful for it loool. No mini pops no cards nothing, but they are generous with xp balloons as it does not benefit you in ANY way. Keep it up. Now I am waiting for their response and will will be deleting this app, will save some money :) customer service responded to the same templated message as usual :D DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Fix the d@mn bugs.
I’ve been playing this game for a few years. Leveled over 900+ and lately it’s been starting me over. I lay in bed every night before I go to sleep and it keeps starting my game over. It’s a little frustrating. I’m just about ready to delete and find a different game to play.

CAN’T GET HELP
I have been playing POP! Slots for many years probably since the beginning when the game first came out. I have never missed a day and now I’m unable to log into my POP! Slots. I’ve tried everything I’ve been told to do in the app. I’ve even tried deleting and reloading the game and still I can’t get in. It tells me I can do it with a code. It keeps giving me the same code over and over again and when I enter it, it does absolutely nothing. I have been looking for any place where I can get help. I do not want to lose my place. I do not want to go back to day one and I have well over15 million reward chips. Can anybody tell me how I can get help with this game? This is so frustrating. I’ve been running in circles for over two hours now and I can’t find a place to contact the developer although that’s what Facebook tells me to do HELP!!!!!!

I stopped playing this game a while back after several years of playing due to the expense and quickly evaporating chips. I have tried it again to find that it is more expensive with less play time than before. The other interesting thing I noticed was that the other players in the games I used had EXACTLY the same profile pictures as they did almost 10 years ago. It is nearly all of them. That seems rather suspect and unlikely to me. The games seem to tempt you to move right before a big win with a pop up that says ‘the room is empty would you like to move.’, implying that no-one else is participating so you should move when you can see other ‘players’ sitting right next to you. The game crashes often. Although I will admit that Pop Slots is fun and the graphics are very, very well done, I think it is about to time to part ways once more. A shame, but I’m more inclined to participate in entertainment that more closely fits the pricing and experience received. Pop Slots invited me to fill a survey about their game in exchange for free chips just now. The above was my comment in the review. Once I submitted it I was presented with a notification that said ‘Sorry. This offer has expired’. Par for the course. lol…So completely expected. I’m out.

If you arrive onsite at a Vegas facility and you are having issues, they will hand you a slip of paper and tell you to call that number. They have no ability to actually help you on site. Was trying to use just $100 of free play. They said tough, here is a free drink.
