Kids love it
It’s weird that prior to downloading this app all I saw was negative reviews. My experience was it was a super simple app to install, the code worked straight off the bat, and my 4 and 6 year olds found it quite easy to use. They love it. In fact, it’s difficult getting them to do that actual physical jigsaw puzzle that came in the box :|

No code in box! Unhelpful support
Puzzle was fine. The frustrating part was that both of the puzzles my son’s grandparents bought for him didn’t come with the promised serial code. The grandparents of course don’t have proof of purchase. Support never got back to us leaving an upset kid and frustrated parents. I do not recommend the product as it was not as promised and support is nonexistent.

The puzzle is fun, my son and I did it together. However, there is no code on the box to unlock the app. On the box, it says to hover your phone or pad over the puzzle, but there's no option to do that on the app. I'm not paying again through the app for something I was supposed to be able to use and can't. Disappointing.
