False advertising offers
Can’t pick the items pictured in the offers. Some of the offers in the app don’t work. Takes me to a blank screen or the app crashes. Contacted support several times about this and was advised it would be fixed but here we are.
Popeyes on Cook street
I've been there a lot since it opened. I'm crazy for mac & cheese as well as their chicken. Every single order I've gotten to go or picked up for someone else has been 100% correct there's not been any miss pricing or trouble with the food or anything. I'm glad it's here.

TOOK $300 FROM MY ACCOUNT!
Despite the error message saying my card was declined over a postal code, it charged my account not once or twice but 4 TIMES equaling to OVER $300!!
Popeyes claims there’s nothing they can do and to go through my bank so I’m stuck with my fingers crossed that I’ll get my $300 back (for food I didn’t even order) in 30 days when my bank finished the fraud investigation

Incompetent thieves
Order tried ordering delivery and it kept saying that it prime it wasn’t processed, but it did it processed and took the money right out of my account not as a pending, but a completed charge not once but three times in an amount that was not the amount of the order I tried to place. There’s no people to talk to when you have a problem. Waited for a response by email, which was just incompetent saying oh we didn’t charge you when they did and I’ve already told them that and as a resolution to if that happens was to go through your bank, which takes 30 days to get your money back, which is absolutely unacceptable. My insurance will now bounce because I tried ordering through this app and I don’t think anybody should ever use it with their incompetence glitches. Whatever you wanna call it both I’m just beyond angry and disgusted and will not order Popeyes chicken as long as I live based of this experience.
