Never order scam

This is the worst delivery tracking system, the chats never respond. And u have no way of escalation. And you can see the delivery is out , I m just 1.3 km away and the driver goes in completely opposite direction of upto 10 km and u can’t contact customer care, nor the driver pics up. I am deleting this app, u can afford to pay Swiggy extra but they are professional

The app never works

I tried to use the app for a whole month and it never took an order. It always gave the same message that “overwhelmed, will be back online soon”. Spoke with the customer care as well and they did nothing but gaslight and say that try after a few hours, try after a few hours. Thats it.

Worst Delivery Experience Ever – Completely Unacceptable

This was one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever had. My order was marked “out for delivery,” but the delivery boy was moving in the complete opposite direction from my location. My address is just 2 km away, yet it took him around 20 minutes to even come close. What kind of delivery system is this? Either your tracking is fake, or your delivery management is totally irresponsible. Customers are not fools — we can clearly see when the rider is going the wrong way. If you cannot manage proper routing and timely delivery, then don’t mislead customers by showing “out for delivery.” This is a complete waste of time and money. Highly disappointed. Fix your logistics immediately.

What a wonderful taste

I’ve been a fan of KFC for long, and was getting fed up due to their stale food and pathetic service.
Popeyes was been a much awaited upgrade to KFC their chicken is very soft, fresh & melt in the mouth. We’ve tried several of their chicken & burgers. They’re all awesome.
Keep up the good work & efforts Popeyes. You’re just perfect. I just hope you guys don’t start taking your customers fore-granted & pull down your focus & efforts.
Best wishes. Popeyes is a must have for all who like chicken.

Improve payment methods

When we try to pay from upi. Evry time we have to type and copy upi id. Whereas in other plateforms like swiggy zomato. Its already redirected to gpay or phone pay page. And u can pay smoothly. Plzz do the needful and improve ur payment gateway methods

Just went from the best Chicken Burger in town to the worst

Used to be a big fan of their classic signature chicken and the sandwich burger when they launched. The chicken used to be cooked just right and the burgers had pickles in them. Now there are no pickles in the burger and no option to add them either. The Chicken is overcooked and not juicy at all nowadays. Sad to see the decline in quality

HORRIBLE APP, HORRIBLE DELIVERY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The delivery partner after 1 hour said he wouldnt deliver because the location was far.
And then when i kept trying customer service they kept postponing and connecting me with bots that were of ZERO help. Then once they finally connected me, they couldnt cancel the orderor PROVIDE ANY HELP. Its a waste of time for not very good food honestly. Please dont use this all unless you want to lose 2 hours and recieve order

Chicken wings

I ordered boneless ranch chicken wing pieces from Popeyes, and they were hot, crispy, and very tasty. However, I felt that the mayonnaise poured directly on top wasn’t necessary—it would have been better if it was served separately, just like the tomato sauce. The first-time order bonus was quite attractive. I hope Popeyes continues to maintain the same taste, crispness, and freshness of the meat in future orders.

App Makes it so easy to order

I really find it flexible and simple and add food options to my cart and proceed to pay. This is a really good app.

Worst Food App - Pathetic Food

If you are a fan of Popeyes chicken like myself, please make sure you are having it outside India. The app is ridiculous, the service desk is incapable, and the food will make you cry back for your money. They cannot cater to orders, cannot deliver on time, cannot help customer through their queries. If you order from PopeyeS which itself is as difficult as cracking IIT, you can watch two movies by the time it arrives.
If you are out of service area the application will not inform that delivery is not possible until you are on payment page. For the lucky people or rather unlucky, who did get to place their order, please be ready to engage into minimum 90 mins chase btw the restaurant, service desk and delivery partner.

Great but one problem

As the title suggests, the app experience is pretty fluid but there’s only one problem - it doesn’t save card data. Now I understand that’s kinda good but makes ordering things really annoying at times.

Issue in customizing food items

So I wasn’t able to customize my chicken burger at all. Should look in to this UI functionality glitch and get it updated asap! McDonald’s application UI is more robust.

Worst delivery system

I had placed an order thru your app at 8 :40 pm i ordered, it was 9:30 I didn’t get my order, so i cancelled it and asked for refund. At 10 clock when we all were sleeping,the deliver guy calls and tells me, he is near the location, I return it bcoz it was more than an hour. What kind of delivery system do you have? Does it take more than one and half hour to deliver food. Horrible delivery service

Order processing issue still exists

Having read through the reviews I’m now thinking why did I order from the app which is glitchy!

Tried twice and both times the payment was successful but no order placed and the items remain in the cart and the refund takes 7 working days which is higher than industry standard.

Wanted to order delivery as I liked the taste of burger here when I dined in the restaurant. Next time I will definitely go and order in restaurant and eat rather than this fuss

Not really happy about the experience

It was a smooth experience to add items to my cart. When filling out my address to place the order I constantly got the message ‘Invalid ,city_region’ which is automatically picked up from the pin I dropped on the map and does not have any option to override that or change it. And this was annoying and led me to uninstall the app though I was excited to order from Popeyes. Please fix this to avoid other users from facing the same issue.

Great app with fluidic experience

Amazing app with less or no bugs. Had a swift experience in ordering the items, payment options were easy to use and overall kudos to Popeye’s.

Kindly note that in veg section, the images are slightly incorrect or wrong for the burger and onion rings. A minor mistake that needs to be fixed to avoid any misunderstanding from the customers who orders veg items.

I love the place I live in Bangalore I had to go to the restaurant and try it it was amazing it doesn’t deliver to my location though even though I live pretty close to the restaurant I just wish they add more delivery locations. 👍🏻
