I have used this app for years and paid for it monthly for the premium service and now they’ve changed it where you have to pay $35 per event. I will be looking for another app to use! That is absolutely ridiculous!!!
Won’t even open
How do you expect people to do d you and use this app if it doesn’t even open? Doesn give me
The option of signing up. Sign in says “action couldn’t be processed. Please try again later.” Somehow got to a page that shows examples of invites. Click on something and it says same thing.

No option to create account
I’d hoped to use this app for my son’s birthday party invites but there is nowhere on the app to create a new account, only for existing accounts to log in. Weird.
Won’t save event
I’ve enjoyed poply but after paying for premium I did all this work on my invite and the app won’t allow me to preview and save it .

I have used Poply for several of my invites. I love how easy it is to customize with my own photos and a bunch of preset templates!
Don’t even think about it
I tried to use this and the invites that are created are digitally flawed and unstable after being sent out. Each recipient had a different experience of garbage.
Great invitations
Love how easy and beautifully the invite comes out. It’s so convenient and easy to use.
Not the best for the price
App was hard to manage at first and takes some work to resize images for them to even fit. Worked for two days on the invitations for the subscription I bought not to even work, had to contact customer support (through email) and they fixed it within 12 hours. Such a pain! I’ll find another app to send out invitations before our next planned party. Don’t recommend at all, for the price, would be cheaper to just send out paper invitations.

Great app but no longer free
Loved this app, but it’s no longer free. I can’t justify paying a subscription for an app I only plan on using 1 or 2 times a year.
2025 Premium Price Increase :(
As a repeat Poply user with 1-2 events a year, I’m very disappointed in the increase in individual event price and invitation caps. The cost doubled from 14.99 to 29.95 while adding a cap on how many people can be invited (unlimited to 30). To get 150 guests, you need to pay $49.95 and to get unlimited events for the year it’s $99.
I simply don’t have enough events to justify $99 a year but often invite more than 30 people when I do. This is so sad for someone who enjoyed creating an event, big or small, at $14.99 per event. Poply should look into loyalty points of prior customers and increase the guest cap if prices are increasing as well. Nothing else has been changed with the app so what am I actually paying extra for?

Absolutely loved the product you have created! It was a very seamless, intuitive process. Made planning my event, gathering RSVPs and sending messages to guests super easy and the overall design of the invitation templates are beautiful. Loved that there were already standard/generic images that I could use, but also loved the ability to customize with my own images.
