When I start the game all I get is a blank screen I’ve tried reopening it and it never works I can see the tape of doey but DONT see anything afterwards

Even though I never played it, but I did play it on the Nintendo switch 2 I feel like kind of stupid buying this any other chapters even though I have it on the Nintendo switch 2 but good, I guess
