Some of the songs like APT was so lagged that it was frozen for a min and error . Can’t believe not even an oldie can lagged till error was found or sing 2 sentences then frozen again for the whole song. Tried on both phone hotspot and home internet. Utterly disappointing as it not a free service! Not worth to invest in one at all

App is not that stable, I got stuck n kicked out of the app when I tried to search for songs

unsubscribe to only be charged
No updates on newer songs and i decided to unsubscribe months ago they still charged me til today. emailed them to only respond one time and not after i showed receipts that i have unsubscribed and still being charged monthly. and the set is not cheap!

App freeze and crash and request of songs unavailable very slow to add
The app always freeze when I want to type long words for request I hit space bar but the app system does not seem to move and then the app auto exit! Very frustrating and furthermore, I requested for certain songs not available and yet they are so slow to add in!

Buggy and laggy
The app used to be good until a couple of years ago. It’s been laggy, buggy and it shuts down automatically all the time. We bought the machine thinking the service would be great and have been paying subscription whenever we want to use it but it’s been terrible. It’s a scam at the moment.

I wished I read the reviews before getting it. Super laggy app with a terrible customer experience. Entire user interface is not intuitive at all! I am trying to cancel my subscription but I can’t find where to do it !
Is Popsical gone?
The points scoring review after singing is not working for many months. The popsical website is not working. Sent them message via Messenger but no reply. Has Popsical closed down 😓
Terrible support ever! Unauthorised deductions to my card for subscription that I did not subscribe!
I wish I can just give zero star to this popsical company. I sent numerous emails and even sent message via facebook to contact the support team about unauthorised transactions to my card - not one but three deductions when I did not even subscribe to any plans recently. I used to subscribe but I opt for the basic free plan for quite a while and suddenly recently 3 deductions made unknowingly. No response at all and cant even get through the support line number! I am not sure if the company even exist now since totally no response from them.

The company’s accounting is in a mess, they double charge me twice in the months of Dec. Now, they charge me in advance for Jan.
