Bad Company
Everyone should know that Popsugar is aware they are featuring an article that has an abusive couple in it and that they are evidently okay with that. In one of their articles, they praise a notorious abuser and her relationship as “everything” and “a fairytale” when this claim couldn’t be further from the truth. I know the truth because, unfortunately, the victim is my sister. The regrettable relationship that Popsugar praises is an extremely abusive one that features screaming, name-calling, (suicide and violence) threats, intimidation, and commands for extreme isolation and control of the victim from friends and family. This relationship is incredibly volatile, toxic, and abusive. I implore Popsugar to do the right thing and pull their article that features the American brides wedding eloping to Iceland to make a stand against domestic violence. What’s even more disgusting is that I originally let Popsugar know this over a year ago, in addition to providing them with screenshoted evidence of the abuse, and they have failed to follow up with me or look more into it. I know there’s been a pandemic going on, but abuse is a serious issue and Popsugar has treated it as anything but. Dealing with my sister in an abusive relationship has been hard enough for my family, and Popsugars dismissive and insensitive response in which they are siding with my sister’s abuser is demoralizing at best. I tell everyone I know about Popsugar, their unacceptable journalism and conduct.

Crashes
This app used to be great. Now it just crashes constantly and I can’t read any article.

This app was my favorite weekend entertainment until it started to crash all the time. Please update!!!!
Glitchy
Closes out when I click a story. Appears no updates to app in a year. Fail.
App Bug
I’ve never reviewed an app before, but am posting now just because I really like this app and have had it for years, but for the past month it seems like it suddenly randomly closes every five minutes. So I navigate through and find an article I want to read, and then app closes! And then I have to go through navigation, find article again, and app then closes again! Wait a day, and the previous target article opens fine, and it’s the next one you click that will make it close. It’s really frustrating. I love their Christmas gift guides, but going through and finding something good on list, only to navigate away to the store and have the app close on you when you try to navigate back, or repeatedly close when you are trying to access a an article, just isn’t worth the time and hassle. FYI that I have even tried deleting app and reinstalling, and have confirmed all updates, but still no improvement. Sigh.
