App Crashes
I really do enjoy Popular Pays by light tricks but more often than I’d like the app glitches, crashes and refuses to open for days on end. As of today November 16, 2025 have a active brand deal in the app that i cannot access because the app has been showing a blank white screen for the past four days. i’ve tried to update it there’s no update needed for the app it’s not doing anything.

Do not even bother working with this agency, you are better off working with other agencies for campaigns. Better yet work with brands directly if you can

I am reviewing Popular Pays for the gigs available. This app provides many opportunities for every ethnicity and to me that is awesome for those that are interested in freelance work and those that has the followers already on their platforms within social media. When I have been hired on for any gigs I will be able to give reviews and always honesty of my experience with any of the companies/gigs I applied for.

Login/Code input bug
You can’t login and the codes always have issues when trying to input them. Please fix so you can actually login to get gigs.

I love the variety of campaigns they have. Their interface is very easy to use. I hope to continue to work with them on more exciting opportunities

Don’t even download it
I think it’s just impossible to get any job. I have about 500k followers in total and never got any job. I think it’s just some kind a scams nothing what would make you help money.
Waste of time
No campaigns, can’t link your social accounts. Bad campaigns, late pay, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! Have reached out countless times and no answer.

Great app and influencer marketing campaign
I have been on it for several years and it is great. You do have to curate your social media platforms so you get picked for a campaign. But if you’re good at writing strong proposals and ideas you will get picked also. But most brands are looking at your engagement rate so if that is low it will be more difficult unless again you’re talented content creator or writer

I can’t even log in or make a new account. It’s been a while since I’ve been on this platform I used to like it. Now I see too many people having problems with the app all the time.
Ridiculous content usage rights
I don’t recommend this app or platform to any content creators or influencers since they don’t compensate fairly. It’s incredibly disappointing to see an influencer partnership app ask for full image rights in perpetuity without appropriate compensation for EVERY collab. It’s 2021, this is no longer the standard in the industry. Pay creators fairly for their work!

I can’t even get the app to connect to my Facebook, Instagram, or Tik Tok smh. Don’t waste your time!
No work constant denials and cannot communicate with brand to ask questions
I keep getting denied for work here and I have over 50,000 followers. I think they are not displaying my engagement rate correctly or something because I have no problem closing work with other agencies like Intellifluence, which is a much better platform btw, and much easier to work with. This platform lacks client/influencer communications too. If I have a question for the client I cannot contact them directly before I apply or during the bid process. Want my advice, move over to Intellifluence where everything works right, the company has great communication on all levels and you’ll get consistent work as an influencer. I’m hoping this app will get better, but for now, it’s a complete waste of time.
