The log in with the ticketing is a terrible user experience.

Constant issues getting tickets
As a member , constantly having issues accessing tickets for the game. More likely an issue with the Ticketmaster system but that’s the system that port Adelaide have chosen. Have missed out on a couple of matches already this season because unable to download tickets.
Can’t log in
Have tickets but can’t log in. 2 weeks now keep saying try again but no log in page just straight to log in and can’t enter email address or password. Just sign in option then error message. Can’t use my tickets purchased.

Every week the web site is a challenge to access tickets.
Terrible
Awful. Haven’t been able to login to ticketmaster all season. The app has one job and can’t even deliver me my $500 ticket each fortnight. Unacceptable.
Glitchy
Every week I use the app to get my tickets and this year it seems to have been forgotten about with no updates. You basically need to crack the davinci code to get tickets and for some reason I can no longer add them to my apple wallet. The button is there staring at me to do it but just will not work!
It is round 7 and still glitching out. Please stop cheaping out and send members proper tickets without the timeframe for us to have to opt in!

Mobile ticketing full of bugs
Yet again trying to download my tickets for the upcoming round and get:
“something went wrong… APIError: /events/securetickets/5644: 401”
This isn’t the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last, will be interesting to see if I can get my tickets before the bounce… I’m not holding my breath as I’ve tried for the past 24 hours…
