Freischaltung blieb ohne Funktion, Support blieb aus

Sehr schade. Das Geld für ein Jahresabonnement habe ich wohl vollkommen unnütz ausgegeben. Trotz Bestätigung der Zahlung wurden mir keine Daten zu den Häfen angezeigt.
Eine Anfrage im Verlag wurde nur mit Gegenfragen nach Version der App und Version iOS beantwortet.
Meine Antwort blieb ohne Reaktion.
Jetzt mache ich meinen Törn ab morgen ohne die Informationen in der App.
Mehr noch, nach einer Deinstallation der App und einem erneuten Download, zeigt die Karte nichteinmal mehr die Standorte der Häfen.

Wofür ist diese App gut?

In der App sind nur die Basisinfo über die Häfen zu finden. ZB gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Dusche, Kontakt Hafenmeister.
Wenn man die Karte von DK bereits gekauft hat, sind 20€ weggeschmissenes Geld. Null nutzen.

Auch wenn überhaupt was dabei aktuelles für das Revier hat (hat man immer, wenn man segelt), weiß man schon mehr.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Es ist nicht zu verstehen, wenn ich einen Delius Klasing Kartensatz gekauft habe dann noch zusätzlich für den Hafenguide pro Hafen zu bezahlen. Andere Apps sind da besser. Ergo: Keine Empfehlung!

Sehr schwach

Die App habe ich nicht einmal ausprobiert da das Laden der Karten bei 49% stehen blieb und kein Ende nahm. Da nehme ich doch lieber das Hafenhandbuch zur Hand - funktioniert immer, braucht keinen Strom und ist viel größer als das Display meines iPhone
