App won’t stay open, constantly closes after being open for a few seconds.
Only way to use is through the online website. Not sure why they advertise this app when it doesn’t work at all. I tried emailing support who said an update is pending with apple.

Clunky and frustrating
App is very hard to log into, seems to require multiple attempts at loading to work - if it even works at all. Has so much potential to be a great tool, unfortunately the app lets the overall program down badly.
Absolutely terrible
I have repeatedly and consistently had issues gaining access to Avsoft content over the past several years and when help was requested, I received inadequate support that generally blamed the end user. This app is as disappointing to use as the online LMS service.
My hope is that Avsoft take this feedback on board and attempt to fix their clumsy security coding/protocols and in turn review the code for this unfinished app.
