Amazing and only keeps getting better
We absolutely love this app for our practice over and over and over it updates almost monthly with new features and abilities for our patient to stay connected. We love it so much keep up the good work and keep improving the app for our patients.
Clunky, But Functional - At Least It’s Not Paperwork
It’s definitely not the prettiest app out there and some of the menus are not intuitive, but it still beats the pants off filling out physical paperwork in a doctor’s office 😂
Appointment times are wrong
The app said my appointment time was 5:45pm. But my actual appointment was at 10:45am. If I hadn’t logged into the portal via a web browser, I would have missed my appointment. You also have to search for your up coming appointments, they don’t easily show up. I’ll stick to the web version.
