I’m given one option – sign into an existing account. I don’t have one, nor am I offered to start one. That’s it!
Buggy, doesn’t work with latest iPhone
I got the email to verify, clicked on it, and I got a page that says invalid link. Ok, I just clicked on the link they sent me.
Less than stellar
Whenever I go to use the app, something isn’t working, something errors out and I can’t do what I need to do. Today I can’t resend a proposal and can’t edit client info, nor load client info.
Unparalleled service and professional looking estimates
This company rocks! Their customer service is honestly one of the best, if not the very best in the industry! The estimates look freaking beautiful, and ordering is a breeze. There are a few manufacturers (ahem... C4, Tech Data) that for some reason can’t get their crap together to play nice, but everyone else I deal with likes it a lot. I can’t recommend them enough!

Very happy with my overall experience. This Tool in invaluable to our business. We are not huge company and our volume is not huge but this APP help me from start to finish.
APP is lacking some minor functions but can be resolved in the Web-portal on any browser. No concerns.

Errors and Workflow Issues
I am getting parsing errors and spinning wheels sometimes which requires me to exit from the app and reopen. It has really slowed down estimate creation. The ordering system can’t handle change orders or out of stock issues from suppliers. Overall it is great for looking up pricing, but I wish they would license out to other systems for estimate creation and focus on making their ordering management system better.

Buyer Beware
This site charges not only the main designer $50/month but also you have a team member who needs to see the order and place an order the charge an additional $50 to view the proposals. There are other options out there for great proposals so do shop around.
$50 per design user is fair but adding more charges just for users downloading is ridiculous. I viewed 9 proposals from my employee and was charged an additional $50! Customer service was just like - yeah, it is what it is. It’s that or buy 5k through us. Beyond disappointed with the customer experience.
