Recompensa disminuida

En el pasado cuando iniciaron el app dijeron que el beneficio eran 10 libras. Luego pasaron no se como a ser solo 4 libras.
La verdad no me siento conforme a que luego de 100 envios el paquete beneficio unicamente sea 1 libra. Mejor no hubieran ofrecido ninguna recompensa y los clientes hubieran quedado conforme. Pero este acto de uds, deja mucho, mucho que decir.
