No one is replying to the whatsapp nor instagram, which are the only communication methods, so any kind of issue you have, you will get stuck with it. Complete failure as a company

Bad support
The only customer support channel they have is on WhatsApp. Today I received completely different food to what was described in the app and the only channel to fix it is WhatsApp and no one is responding. You think you will have your food with no hassle but no u pay and get more hassle. Feels like no one there cares. Not recommended

I can't get the OTP
I registered in the app and I should receive OTP by email for verification which I didn't get. There should be an option to receive it through SMS.
