Help!!
I want(ed)to love Portland gear. Placed 2 orders same day for total around $400.
Was trying to add a different address for shipping as the one order is a gift to someone in California and I live in Illinois.
It would not let me change address and automatically put order through with my address! There is no way to contact a live person at Portland gear or at the Shop app where you auto send the orders.
No customer service? I’m baffled and disappointed.
No birthday gift to my friend . My order is also messed up and no recourse??
I have written to Shop and to Portland Gear . Was assured the address was changed and order on way. But invoice shows it was sent to my address.

Useless
When I open app, I just get a dark screen with Portland Gear branding. Nothing else, no matter how long I wait, no matter how much or where I tap.
Standard backpack
This backpack is amazing. Plenty of room for everything and extremely lightweight.
App is a struggle
Tried to sign up for an account. Received the activation email but when I clicked the link it wouldn’t activate the account. Pretty annoying really.
Such a great company
I haven’t met a person working for Portland gear company that I wouldn’t sit down and have a drink with! Love the people, love the merch, love what they do for Portland!
