Wallet feature not adding tickets
I’ve never had a problem with transferring tickets to my Apple wallet but now I am the new Apple is not compatible

I find the pages too big and hard to get back to home page.
Won’t let me sign in to get tickets.

iPhone 11 Pro running the latest iOS and the app refuses to open after installing for the first time
App crashing at launch after updating to iOS 16.4
I have a game this Saturday and no way to get to my tickets! Help!
Won’t start with IOS 16.4
This app does not work with IOS 16.4. How are we supposed to access Winterhawks game tickets??

Just use a website, no point in doing an app if you can’t store account credentials. No excuse in 2023 to provide something this terrible.
Winterhawks app…
So I love going to games or listening and/or watching them, but the only things that really work are the music poll, trivia, and the radio, etc. Even though I said etc. does not mean that everything works. Most of the time I use the WHL app but it is easier having both. But if you only have enough storage for one of the apps, then I would say get the WHL app. If you can get both, I highly recommend getting both. I would give this app a 4.5 stars but I can’t so I gave an extra 0.5 for the team.

This app is awful. It keeps crashing. The latest update made it worse. At least before I was able to open it 5-10 times then it would work. With the Home Opener tonight this isn’t good. Need to figure it out!

Crashes every time I open and/or try to register my account, if I can even get to that screen, so can’t use the app.
Does what I need
I like that it has everything Winterhawks from merch to tix. Stats, scheduling, roster info, can buy tickets on it, haven’t had any issues with it that are negative. A great way to follow a great juniors team in the WHL.
Can’t log in, can’t reset password, can’t create account
Changed from Android to iPhone. Downloaded app & tried to log in. App won’t accept my credentials. Tried to reset password. App says account doesn’t exist. Tried to create account. App crashes. Tried to re-open app. App crashes. Uninstalled app and reinstalled it. Rinse and repeat…
Fix and redesign
There needs to be a major bug fix when you open the app because it crashes and it also needs news on the main page and a brand new UI, and score notifications the CHL app does a better job of showing news and score notifications but It doesn’t have the interactive features that this app has which is fine by me

Love it!
So far I love this app! I read the Previous reviews but, so far I haven’t had any of those issues! I like that my tickets are convenient and right there.
Worst app on my phone
As a season ticket holder of over 20 years I am beyond disappointed that the Winterhawks can’t do better than this. App from day one has never worked properly (can’t load tickets, crashes endlessly so that listening to a game is useless). I finally took a photo of my season ticket holder card to show at the gate.

Getting worse
Unfortunately this app is not improving. It’s getting harder to use and buggier. Apple Wallet support has never worked and bringing up mobile tickets is a horrible experience. Please, please, please fix the app.
