Added a new Appearance Request system, for admins to review, discuss and manage requests in the app. Admins can now request extra information from organisers, track replies, assign an Event Lead, and accept or decline requests with a full review history. Added clearer indicators when an Appearance Request is waiting for organiser information. Improved Messenger reply previews so longer quoted messages wrap correctly. Fixed an issue where message avatars could occasionally appear squashed.
