Last update bug
After latest update, text and everything I can see on the phone expanded that much that it is not fitting in my phone screen . I’m using iPhone 17pro
And I can not see what I have scheduled, can’t see time and container number. Please fix this . Before last update everything was good.

Moving assign work around
App should allow drivers to have access to move work orders around. Most of the time dispatchers assign multiple loads at once but not in the order that you’re doing them in. So drivers needs to have the ability to move work that’s assigned around without contacting dispatchers

Always the pictures are invalid.. Tha last update was a trash.. Try to solve that..

Every update the app is getting worse and harder to use.

This is an awesome app if you wanna watch the battery in your phone glow red from all the power it draws. The fact you can’t see anything unless you allow gps tracking is a joke. I despise this app.
Best for dispatch
I’m amazed this app does work well for dispatch. I just missed copy and paste option.

Very so so
One star. Support is non existent. All answers are ‘we are actively investigating this issue’. Directions in Chicago is routing you through Garfield ave. Any Chicago truck driver knows it is huge no. Unable to upload multiple pages of documents. But I have no choice, have to use it every day.
FONT
The entered font varies and is super small and seriously FADED????… what’s the deal? How come all entered data is not the same size of font? It is not dark black consistently on the screen. Also unable to expand screen so it’s not user friendly.

One of the best parts of the app is the Driver Pay section which gives complete visibility into earning. As a driver seeing what’s coming in is #1

I’ve used a few different driver apps, but PortPro’s is by far the easiest to use. Everything I need dispatch, messaging, payment, paperwork is right there on the app

I’ve used this app for quite some time now, super easy and makes my life a lot easier. Being able to see my payouts and settlements right on the app is great!
Intrusive
Of all of the apps that are on my phone this is the only one that requires you to put location services onto “always on” in order to use the app. Even if you select “only when using the app”, that’s not good enough. There’s absolutely no reason for this app to be tracking me when I am off duty at home or on vacation. I should not have to go into my settings and turn it off at the end of every day. We should be able to choose that it tracks us only when we’re using the app. If I could give it a -5 star rating I would.
