You're right that the free tier is tight, and that's fair feedback. Right now every user gets one free transformation, and both subscription plans include a 3-day free trial you can cancel any time. In the newest version you can also browse historical moments and stories for free, without subscribing. Each transformation costs us real money to generate, so we can't make it unlimited — but making the free experience feel more generous is something we're actively working on. Thanks for pushing us on it.
