The first app which helped me truly helped me learn European Portuguese (Portugal not Brazil).
I love this app, after 8 years of struggling to to learn Portuguese this app is helping me so much. It offers the one thing that many apps don’t offer, which is the pronunciation and flash cards organized in a simple and clear format.
It’s an outstanding Portuguese language app, which finally makes learning the language clear, practical and enjoyable.
Many of the other apps that are popular have people speaking words, but you can’t really understand what they’re saying because their accent or they speak fast. The pronunciation and flash cards are a game changer.
I’m a visual learner and so seeing the word, the pronunciation underneath, and the meaning of the word helps me so much.
I also love the ability to click on the opening screen, which gives a word of the day, it tells you in Portuguese and English, the time the weather and offers many cultural guide guides and games as well. This app offers so much and it’s such a great price. I highly recommend getting it.

Fantastic App, better than Drops
I have been utilizing Apps, particularly Drops, consistently for 5 years. I review every day. I have surpassed all levels of Drops.
I have added Portugal Lifestyle to my review/practice sessions. Though in the infancy stage, this App not only allows me to review the basics of the Portuguese language, it provides challenging options that Drops doesn’t.
For the brand new learner, Portugal Lifestyle covers all the bases. I wish it was around when I started. I am told the App will continue to evolve to incorporate A2-B1 level tools.
