This app has been absolutely spectacular for me. I use it every single day multiple times on my iPod. It not only has basic words and such, but has phrases, such as ingredients for cooking and expressions of how you're feeling (sore throat, headache, etc.) The best part is that you don't need internet to use it, so if you don't have an iPhone, you can still access a full searchable dictionary :) Thanks Huang!
