Seriously degraded

I used this app for about 5 years and liked it. I paid an annual fee to avoid ads and game promotions. Now I get ads no matter what, and game promotions (“Save the King!”) take over the app and make it unusable. It’s like hackers took over the app and ruined it. I will cancel my subscription. Too bad.

More than a Translator

This is a very useful app for learning Portuguese. It can do voice translation in addition to text and image translations, like words in signs or menus. Might be nice to add image recognition with translations at some point.
The translators work offline which is really handy when you’re on a plane or off the grid.
But this app is so much more than a standard translator like Google or Bing. It has an excellent dictionary which is great for finding usage examples and noun gender which is important in Portuguese.
The app has a conjugator with thousands common verbs and you can switch back and forth from the dictionary to the translator.
The app also has some fun features to help you practice vocabulary like flashcards and multiple choice quizzes.
Overall, it’s been a god send for my travels to Brazil and keeping in touch with friends 👍🏼

Hello, To unsubscribe, you simply go into iOS Settings > tap on your Apple ID > Subscriptions, then tap on the Vidalingua subscription to unsubscribe. Tens of thousands of other users have unsubscribed without incident. If you forgot to do this before the subscription ended, you can request a refund from Apple through their support.apple.com. Has all the words and microphone is dope

I’m a beginner learner and have been very impressed. Every word I want to look up has been in this app and the best has been the voice recognition for words I have only ever heard. They are translated perfectly. Thank you! Great app.

User friendly!

A good app which is user friendly and has a good interface as well. Required information is available and legible. Conjugations as an option is a nice feature.
