Fantastic user interface!
Beautiful, simple, and intuitive interface. Not overly technical like many other synth apps. This was a key reason why I bought it. I want to play music and maybe tweak sounds and there are enough controls to do that. Excellent assortment of presets that are categorized. Highly recommend this app!

Should of updated to positive a while ago. I use this app a fair amount, and the issue with presets has been fixed. But I do have a question - what is the largest wav file sizes in your presets? ( I know I can edit the size after import.)

This app has amazing sounds and potentials but once the Quantize option is turned off for some mpe action,the disappointment sets in-because it cant decide which note is priority and what others to simply hold still-resulting in a chorus of catcalls

Please try to trash & reinstall from the AppStore. Then start standalone App first to prepare presets for the AUv3 version.

Ipad 16.5, Poseidon 1.4 doesn’t play anymore , the whole Wave page is just blank, all the presets are gone, the oscillator seems missing, zero sound, please advise, virsyn contact page doesn’t work
Spectacular with one serious complaint
I love the sounds and interface in both stand-alone mode and when using the app in AUM, but I’m sorely disappointed that when using it in AUM, I don’t see any way to switch off quantization. I absolutely love having the ability to easily switch off quantization in stand-alone mode and feel it’s really important to have access to that feature when using it in AUM.

Somewhat working in iOS 12
I upgraded my rating after deleting and reinstalling on iOS 12, I got some but not all functionality.

Does not emit a sound, either in a host or standalone. Maybe its I’m on ios 15? This should be made to work before a customer buys it. No manual. I own CubeSynth, AddStation, AudioLayer, Teraverse, and Tera Pro. All work fine. I love them. But this thing appears to be abandonware. I’m getting tired of asking for refunds for apps that do not work. But that’s exactly what I plan to do. Sorry, Harry. But I feel like I was scammed.

Funktioniert diese App nicht oder mache ich etwas falsch?
Gerade gekauft, lassen sich standalone die Presets nicht laden und in Aum lässt sich die komplette App nicht laden . Momentan gehe ich davon aus dass es an mir liegt - aber gibts eine Erklärung?

I’ve always loved Poseidon as it’s a really unique synthesiser with a gorgeous 3D interface and intriguing sound exploration potential through an ability to feed it sonic morsels (like a tamagotchi)! The AU update was much appreciated (as are the others) as it’s so nice to be able to explore these classic (Vir)synths intuitively in the AU format (or standalone) and importantly it sounds really lush, deep, dynamic and full of otherworldly aquatic life! Just dive in and sea!

Auv3 in GarageBand not working.
Big fan of Harry Gohs apps but some auv3 issues in GarageBand - It won’t load as auv3. App completely crashes and won’t reload. Please explain /help or fix for great review- thank you

This is one of my favourite music app .

Seem to remember this was a good enough synth that I sort of neglected, then remembered but as of 06/01/20, it looks totally broken both as a standalone and as AU, no sound and very wonky GUI.
I don't know what happened to Virsyn when their apps switched to AU but the overall implementation is truly awful as far as I'm concerned, which is a real shame because they still sound great. Apart from this one, which is currently undergoing a period of deadness. Only recommended for committed minimalists as it stands.

All my sounds are gone!
IOS 12.3.1 ..... I opened this app after not having played it for a Loooong time (think I was on IOS 10 last time I used it), and lo and behold all the patches are gone! Please fix this Virsyn! I’m obviously not the only one this is happening too! Please and thank you.
Had to delete then reinstall on iOS 12
