This is a middle man for sketchy club promoters, they cant give you a refund out of their own pockets. A lot of these promoters can randomly cancel a event cus of no ticket sales or because a special guest was never going in the first place.
Don’t like it
I hate so many things about this app. It forces me to download it when I can just use the website. I want to see who else RSVPed for an event and I can’t see it unless I download. And so after I unwillingly download it, I STILL can’t see who else rsvped. There’s no option to see the guest list. It’s really annoying bc I know it’s easily fixable by the creators. Another thing, when I accidentally rsvp to an event i am not attending there is no way to back out or delete/ undo the rsvp.
So many things need to be fixed. I use this for my organization at school so I really hope these can be fixed, otherwise there are plenty of other sites I can use that are better.

Between not being able to block coordinators from inviting you to events, you can’t cancel an RSVP if you’re pending. I made a mistake and RSVPed for an event and I would much rather just cancel it outright, but you can’t do that now can you. There’s no autonomy for the user. Can’t even cancel a RSVP.

I love the app because of event and easy to access
Very Disappointed
I understand that things happen and the event was canceled but I never received my refund for my tickets. I’m still trying to hear it is over a month later and I’m still not able to get any where. Very disappointed and angry.

Trash customer service
Got a concert ticket through them and canceled it weeks before the concert even happened waited for a refund then the day of the concert passed still nothing I emailed them multiple times asking them what was going on and got no response, It said refund is being “reviewed” but mabye a month after the concert was over and almost 2 months after I requested the refund they changed it on the app as refunded and I never got a penny back. Terrible customer service, do not recommend downloading.

Not able to change payment methods
Nice app with nice events. However the only way to remove payment methods is to contact support. They need to update and let users control their payment info. Also, you cannot cancel an rsvp or request a refund. Everything must go through the chat feature.
