I tried to sign up for this app because I’m going to an event that they have something to do with… But they required my phone number. Tried to use my Google Voice phone number and the app would not allow it. I value my privacy and there is not a single app on this planet that is worth giving my actual phone number too. I don’t know why I can’t use my Google Voice phone number… I can get text messages there and prove I am a real person. So I just deleted the app instead.

Customer Service is 10/10!
I love how easy and user friendly the app is. I had an issue with returning a ticket back to the waiting list after not being able to attend an event anymore. I contact the customer service chat box and even the AI responses were on point. Typically I would have grown frustrated with inaccurate responses with other AI responses. A ticket with a human was promptly opened and within an hour my issue was investigated and resolved. They even checked back in to make sure everything was handled on my end. I highly recommend this app!

Scam App
A bar in nyc, specifically The Delancey would not allow me in with prepaid ticket bought on the Posh App. No immediate refund, and this app is a complete scam.

Buy tickets with caution
This is a middle man for sketchy club promoters, they cant give you a refund out of their own pockets. A lot of these promoters can randomly cancel a event cus of no ticket sales or because a special guest was never going in the first place.
Don’t like it
I hate so many things about this app. It forces me to download it when I can just use the website. I want to see who else RSVPed for an event and I can’t see it unless I download. And so after I unwillingly download it, I STILL can’t see who else rsvped. There’s no option to see the guest list. It’s really annoying bc I know it’s easily fixable by the creators. Another thing, when I accidentally rsvp to an event i am not attending there is no way to back out or delete/ undo the rsvp.
So many things need to be fixed. I use this for my organization at school so I really hope these can be fixed, otherwise there are plenty of other sites I can use that are better.

Hey thanks for the feedback! A couple of notes: - You can actually see who else is RSVP'd on the app@ Go to your ticket >> Click View Event >> Click Guestlist. If you do not have a ticket for an event, then you won't be able to see the guestlist. - Undoing an RSVP — we hear you loud and clear. We totally get how annoying this can be. This will be a functionality that we enable shortly!

I hate this app
Between not being able to block coordinators from inviting you to events, you can’t cancel an RSVP if you’re pending. I made a mistake and RSVPed for an event and I would much rather just cancel it outright, but you can’t do that now can you. There’s no autonomy for the user. Can’t even cancel a RSVP.
