Scanning is more reliable when camera permission changes, the app moves between foreground and background, or several lookups happen close together. Photo import now uses less memory and clearly shows when an image is being processed. FRANKIT results now show only the clear type name, without a potentially confusing machine-manufacturer subtitle. Settings now links to the documented iOS language controls and the privacy policy. The App Clip also has improved privacy access, naming, and integrity checks.
