Great ID check apps
Easy to use and simple
Technical issues and can’t use picture
When I tap on age estimator just get a technical error pop up. Trying to make a digital id doesn’t allow image upload
Incompetent app
It takes a photo of the passport without permission before I have lined it up properly. Instead of letting you line up the passport then press a button to capture, it captures early. I have to keep hitting retry to try and magically get it perfectly lined up in a split second. Incredible incompetence.

Your offering easy Id or even Pass card saying how expensive it can be to get passport or drivers license and then you want passport or driver license to prove who you are 🤷🏼♀️so now I can’t get either of your id cards as my children don’t have in date passports

Swapped to this app after trying Yoti ID (which failed dismally!!). These two apps are like night and day. Post Office Easy ID was exactly that - easy to use, quickly sent my info to where it needed to go, and was extremely efficient. Definitely the better app. Thanks for making it so easy to use
