Had to phone the number to get pin, but can’t set account up without accepting terms and conditions.

I can't open and I have asked to verify email 6 times!
Problem at beginning
Worked out in end kept getting locked out but with help from a friend found post office app was blocked once unblocked so easy to use

Purchased this last minute before flying out to Greece. A fantastic card. Staff at the Hoddesdon post office really helpful but using and setting up this card was so easy. Even topping up. Everything was so clear. Definitely recommend.
Shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service attitude from this set up. Blamed bank, phone, internet coverage for app not working correctly when all along it was the app itself. Unbelievable approach taken by customer service.

Horrible app
This is the wordy money app ever. Half the time it won’t work without reloading the app. It won’t let you swap between currencies and it doesn’t automatically convert currencies. The fees are horrendous. Use something else!
Great card to use abroad
I like to use a card abroad, whether in Europe or further afield. It’s so easy to top up too. Love it.
