About
Right after a run is the worst moment to make decisions. Post Run takes them off your hands: pick your stretches, hit start, follow along. The app counts the time, switches sides and tells you when you're done.
A GUIDED SESSION
A large ring shows how long you still have to hold. In the middle you see the stretch as a clear silhouette – first the starting position, then the stretch itself. At the end of every interval there's a short tone, the device vibrates and the screen flashes. You don't have to look to know when the side changes.
STRETCHES WITH A SIDE SWITCH RUN TWICE AUTOMATICALLY
Right, then left. Without you counting.
16 STRETCHES FOR RUNNERS
Calves and Achilles, front and back of the thigh, hip flexors, adductors, glutes and IT band, lower back, shoulders and neck. Each with a silhouette, the muscle group and one sentence on what matters.
ROUTINES THAT FIT YOUR RUN
Ready-made templates for an easy run, a long run, intervals, and for days when time is short. Or build your own and give it a name.
ON FIRST LAUNCH
Three questions – how much time you have, what you usually run, where it tends to nag – and your first routine is ready.
APPLE HEALTH
With Pro, Post Run detects your last workout and builds a routine from it: more stretches after a long run, longer holds after a hard session, calves and quads after a lot of climbing. Intensity is judged against your own recent runs rather than fixed thresholds. What the app based its conclusion on is always shown. Finished sessions are written back to Health as a workout.
KEPT PLAIN
White background, black lines, no points, no badges, no notifications. The screen stays on during a routine.
NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER
Post Run needs no registration and does not connect to the internet on its own. Your routines stay on the device. No tracking, no ads.
FREE AND PRO
Free: one routine with up to three stretches, all signals, and the full library to browse.
Post Run Pro: as many routines as you like, unlimited stretches, your own hold time per stretch, and the Health integration.
Stretching is not medical advice. Only stretch to a comfortable pull, never into pain.
