Stuck at sign-in
Just like every other bad review, I’m having the same issue. I get the link to log in after entering my company email and then the app doesn’t load any further. It gets stuck and the sign in.

Not sure what’s going on, but every time I click something, the error banner keeps popping up

All I could get this app to do initially is send me an e-mail when I entered my address. I got a link in my e-mail that took me to their web-based platform. At that point the app went to a page that says, “Sent! Check your e-mail”, with a back arrow that took me back to the page where I entered my e-mail address. The problem was I was clicking on the link from my laptop e-mail. I figured that would take me to some sort of verification step online. I didn’t initially realize I needed to click the link from my iPhone’s e-mail. When I did that, it activated the app. Seems that would be a good detail to state explicitly. In terms of the app’s functionality, I’m still learning it, but it’s a bit clunky. It’s not obvious how to navigate the site in some cases.
