It would be helpful if the money was taken after the upload as I have instances where the card has not uploaded but I have still been charged.
Dodgy company
Card failed to arrive so I emailed three times and never received a reply or acknowledgement. I won’t use again.
Slow delivery
Takes about 3 weeks for the cards to get delivered and there’s no way to double check your order in app. It’s coming from out of the USA. Quality is just ok. That being said, very easy to send and use the app.
Doesn’t work
I went through all the hassle of creating a custom card only to get an error that you don’t deliver to the US? Crazy.
Are they still in business
I’ve used this app in the past and had great experiences. My last 2 attempts weren’t so great. I ordered a postcard 2x that was never delivered. I couldn’t find a phone number and 3 emails went unanswered. Contacted my credit card company and they credited my account for the amount that had been charged. Didn’t know if they were still in business.

Good value for sending postcards
I regularly use this app to send postcards to my grandchildren when I’m away on holiday. It’s good value and they enjoy receiving them. Would recommend

Postcards Never Received
I sent two postcards to two recipients living in different states. Neither one received them. I reached out to customer service and got no response. Will be deleting this app and finding a different postcard service to use.
Won’t deliver, support doesn’t answer
I sent two post cards. Estimated delivery date was Jul 12-19. One recipient didn’t receive until Jul 23. The other still hasn’t received their post card. Emails to support were sent 5 days ago with order ID and support never responded. I won’t be using this company again.

I selected this app for the good delivery time, but it’s been a month now and none of the people I sent cards to have received them. I have been unable to have any response from the emails that I’ve sent to the customer support number. So at this point, I would say don’t waste your money on doing a postcard with this company.

Easy, simple, and affordable
Love this simple little postcard app! I would like to be able to send the same postcard to many people, which was not possible. Also, saving a design as a template would help too.

Was very happy for a number of years. Did a postcard recently and it never sent. I did not receive a confirmation either, but I did get charged. I have tried numerous times to contact by email, and no response whatsoever. More upset by lack of communication. Left app for new one. Such a shame, when email is the only way to connect and get ignored.

This post card app is a must have. This special way to reach out that is so special to so many to get a postcard. Love it.
Stopped using - postage fine imposed
After no reply via X, Instagram or email, I have stopped using and I advise others to do likewise. Ordered 12 postcards whilst on holiday and no postmark was placed on any of them. My 95 year old mother was required to pay a charge of £5 to get my postcard by the UK Royal Mail !!!
Minimal text options
The character count on the message portion of the postcard is so minimal I only got one sentence in and couldn’t even “sign” my name. Haven’t they heard of size 10 font? Wont use again for this reason, despite decent print quality and timely delivery.
Perfect for Grandparents
What happened?! Been using this BRILLIANT app to send my parents postcards to their care home. The last 4 I've paid for were never sent, gutted is an understatement! Please fix this problem ASAP
Stopped working
I’ve been using this app for some while and couldn’t fault it until recently when it stopped working. It allows you to create the postcard but then won’t calculate the total cost so that you can complete your purchase. I’ve tried emailing but get no response, nothing.
