I downloaded the app. First time user. I requested a code twice. I have yet to receive one.

Poor Customer service. The app doesn’t work well
Their customer service representative (Carolina) literally takes days to respond back to my emails. The app doesn’t work well. I have been trying to get my money back, they refuse to refund me.
I sent an email 4 days ago. No one has responded back to the error messages, I am getting from their app.
They literally ghosted my emails. I was charged $149 for bad customer service and an app that is not user friendly.

It’s a rip off, don’t waste your money
After searching on the net for an app to program Instagram posts I was excited to try this one. Should have read the reviews first. Too many connection errors, and media limitations. The app will not work with Instagram. I signed up for a FREE 7 day trial, but cancelled the app the same day when I realised it would not do what it claimed to do. A week later they attempted to take $99, despite me not proceeding, I removed my details from the app as you can’t unsubscribe. Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to help or understand why someone would not want to pay for an app that doesn’t do what it claims. You are better off using “Meta Business suite”
