I signed up, expecting a 7 day free trial, as advertised, but was billed right away and there is no menu to contact support. No sign in menu. Nothing! So disappointing because if it gave the free trial I would have actually tried it, and if I liked it, actually subscribed.

Отвратительное приложение. Деньги за годовую подписку списали, а когда начинаешь пользоваться, предлагают заново оплатить подписку, и ничем не можешь воспользоваться. Какая-то мошенническая схема получается

Do not purchase! I paid for a year subscription and with months left on that subscription it stopped letting me download posters. It is making me buy another subscription. I tried contact them with no response. Buyer beware!

Después de pagar la renovación anual las creaciones de varios años no me deja editarlas constantemente me solicita activar la versión pro que ya tengo activada y no puedo usar las creaciones guardadas de varios años así que tengo que empezar de nuevo y pierdo todo el trabajo guardado , con la inseguridad de que me vuelva a pasar no me parece que siga con ustedes ! Llevo con ustedes des de él 2020 , días después de publicar la reseña singuen sin dar una explicación… imagínense tener sur carteles en esta app pagar durante años y que de un día para otro todo ese esfuerzo no sirva para nada habiendo pagado ! Son con este 5 años con ustedes y ahora mismo necesito esos carteles para las fiestas … para san Valentín etc !! Para mis menús de fin de año he tenido que hacer todo nuevo varias horas de trabajo !! Me faltan los de Navidad y me urge ! No veo contestación por su parte

Even though I’ve been a paying customer of the PRO version for a few years of this app, the latest update has stopped me from using any of the premium functions! Each time over the last week I’ve wanted to edit, download or save my work a pop up tells me to ‘Join Pro’ for a free trial (even though I already paid for it 😬). I did email the creators a couple of days ago but response as of yet.

Can’t use any backgrounds at all now
Super disappointed. You used to be able to have access to the basic backgrounds or could use one of your own photos and now they won’t even let you have a background unless you pay. What a disappointment and shame. Uses to love the app but I’m not paying just to use a colored background or use one of my own photos? You guys cheapened out and so I will look for a better alternative.
