Charging for a cancelled subscription and free trial
I have used the free trial of this app and I have cancelled the free trial within time and still up until today this app is charging me alot of money which I can no longer download or update apps on my app store because this apps subscription ends only next year 7th July but it shows in red i have cancelled my subscription plan so please explain to me why am I liable to pay for an app which i have cancelled in time to avoif getting charged for it because I only made use of the free trial and that was it . Everything on my phone is on hold because of this app charging me for a cancelled subscription and free trial

Not impressed
The app keeps crashing and throwing me out while I am doing a design , this is a 3 day trial so I am put off buying it
