Don’t use this app

I cancelled my free trial but still got charged $14.99 for a month. Since I cancelled I don’t have an active account so I emailed the help email and have not heard back. I cannot contact the help email anymore because I don’t have an account so I’m unable to access the app at all without paying again. This is ridiculous. I expect a full refund since I cancelled during the free trial and do not even have an active account to use, even though they still took my money. That is theft. The customer service is terrible, and the app is way overpriced for what it is. Don’t download.

Don’t download it. And if you do, be careful if you want to use it. If you don’t want to spend money and choose not the free trial for a week, it’s a lie, because even if you canceled the subscription before the week, the app will still charge you. That’s what happened to me. I only used it for a one day as a free trial and cancelled the subscription the same day thinking everything was fine, I uninstalled the app same day because I didn’t find what I was looking for, but a week later, crea changed me even though I didn’t have the app active. Then I requested a refund explaining my situation, and they didn’t return anything. “ be careful”

This is not a free app

Just like most apps these days it says, in app purchases. I think they need to change the way this works because if you cannot even get into the app as a free version at all, then what’s the point. At least let me see a dashboard or how they might work as a trial before making me sign up. A free trial that then charges you after a certain amount of days is also frustrating.

YOU SUCK!!

This app didn’t do what was advertised. I cancelled the trial before it could subscribe me, but they charged me, TWICE! A double charge on the SAME DAY! Then, they had the audacity to deny me a refund. This better be resolved. Karma is real.
