Not getting Pro paid for

I bought pro on my phone and use on my iPad but both devices wants me to pay for Pro again when I just bought it yesterday. I want to make sure I can use it on my iPad in my iPhone and plus give me my yearly premium subscription. Paid Jan 7, 2026 around 4:18 central time.

I have canceled my subscription over a week now and they’re still trying to take payment for subscription!!! Everyday I receive declined transactions

Stuck

I really do not like this app… and unfortunately I’m stuck with it for a year since I misread the date of the free trial. Yeah, that’s my fault… but it sure does suck being stuck with an app you don’t even like and paid $40 for. Hopefully I can end up finding a use for it. But as of now, I’m stuck with an app that I won’t use and don’t particularly like the set up of. 🤷🏻‍♀️
