This app constantly kicks me out.. deleting whether I was working on. It also doesn’t save everything when I try to save my work. It’ll save half the work or again.. kick me out. Sick of it.

I have been locked out of my OTP of this app and have written numerous times with no resolution or even acknowledgement of the problem Have you now become criminals who steal from your customers?
Similar problem to the other graphic app I reviewed
It is a bit different,though. So I can’t even make a single thing because when I click continue for free it says something about an error. Every time I click it,the exact same thing happens. A glitch or whatever makes this happen, no offense,but it makes this SO BAD. I don’t wanna be rude,but this glitch or feature or whatever makes the experience bad. Can a developer pls explain what this is!?
