Disappointing

Lightricks photo apps are generally easy to use and provide some amazing effects. While limited in the control they allow the user to have, most of their apps provide unique effects. This one does not. I regret purchasing it because it’s not cheap. The user is very, very limited with the control they have to customize their work. It doesn’t provide anything that you can’t get elsewhere and for much less $ and with better control. This app feels like they just threw it together and spent no time trying to create something useful. Very disappointing!

Is the app abandoned?

Last update a year ago...users saying they’ve used up the existing templates that relate to them and need more..for a business-priced app, one would expect the update history to be current within the month.

Yep....not on their list of products on their website.

GREAT!! But needs more templates or customization.

Amazing app with beautiful UI. But I think you should add poster categories such as film, shopping, or event. You should also add more customization like making the pattern at the back customizable. Otherwise pretty good.

Makes great posts for business

I love using this app for social posts. I wish they had more templates because I’ve used all the ones that relate to my business. I also wish there were more color palettes. However, it makes the best professional looking short videos. I purchased the premium over a year ago and still use it.

Need help! I’m trying to cancel!

I need help! I can’t find the account settings to cancel! I just downloaded this app and clicked on the 3 day free trial but I don’t like the app and want to cancel before I get charged the $44

Do not bother

Not much content to choose from. They said I had a 3-day trial, but charged my card $45. You might as well run away.

This doesn't sound right! PosterBoost is free to download with the option to upgrade to Premium. If you signed up for a 3-day trial, you should only be charged on day 3. Of course, you can reach out to Apple Support to request a refund. As per content, send us your request and we'll pass it along to the creative team - posterboost.support@lightricks.com.

Basically, in my mind, a scam to do in-app subscription. Very few free ones. Don’t fall for it.
