We’re sorry this change to Hogly’s free access has been disappointing. Hogly has always offered subscriptions, but previously you could continue using some features for free without subscribing. To cover ongoing server and operating costs, we’ve decided to discontinue that ongoing free tier. We understand the frustration this change has caused and should have communicated it more clearly in advance. You can still start with a free trial to decide whether Hogly is worth paying for. If it isn’t right for you, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged; otherwise, the trial automatically renews into a paid subscription. If you’d like more time to explore, please contact hi@hogly.app—we’d be happy to arrange a longer free trial. If you’ve already purchased a subscription but feel Hogly isn’t right for you, isn’t worth the price, or the purchase wasn’t intentional, you can request a refund through Apple. Regarding permissions, please be assured that Hogly does not misuse the access you grant. Your credentials are stored in Apple Keychain, and normal requests for your project data travel directly between your device and PostHog. You can revoke Hogly’s access in PostHog at any time.
