Failed delivery
Delivery guy couldn’t find my location, so instead of calling me and clarifying it on the spot they just decided to cancel delivery and now I have to wait few days and then pick it up god knows where. Why can’t you treat your customers like normal people and just give a quick call, like “hey, can’t find your adress, can you help me?” - “sure, no problem!”

Good tracking app
This app is great for tracking packages, especially when you order off of Amazon and live in a big city. I only wish they’d add US phone number and make it a bit more clear that this app is REQUIRED if you get an Amazon package delivered to a PostNord box.
Why is postnord Norge region locked
Genuinely what’s even the point in having 2 separate apps, but not only that I can’t get postnord Norge because my phones American and it won’t let me download it, so I have to talk to a ai chat bot to pray the box can be unlocked only for it to beat me with a stick and call me gay. (It didn’t do that but it felt like it) why is postnord Norge region locked that’s the stupidest decision I’ve ever seen for a delivery app, I can see the delivery on this postnord, so why can’t I unlock the box with this app??

Det går inte att ångra utlämningsställe
Man blir bara informerad efteråt att ett valt utlämningsställe ska få paketet två dagar senare än det föreslagna. Sedan går det inte att ångra valet eller byta till stället som PostNord föreslog. Nu blir det två dagar och tre mil längre. Det är dåligt.

Norway forgotten
Why oh why does PostNord have one app available in European app stores for SE,DK&FI but for Norway the app is separate and only available in the Norwegian app store? I have a parcel in a locker and need to buy an iphone with a norwegian apple id to retrieve it. When the same company has an app that is on my original phone.

Bad and not working
Incredible bad customer support in the app. And generally the system of getting packages is to complicated. Why can’t you just get a package without having to have an app!!!!
Super annoying identification
I tried to identify with MitID but it just keeps loading forever with no response, can’t even see where my parcel is after delivered, and there is no customer service at all, what is wrong with this company?
Worst of the worst
App itself is ok, but delivery is so hilariously bad. Delays, missing, customer service agent acting like bots, you name it.

Dao is more reliable in terms of updates and communication than PostNord. Very disappointed due to several delays

Det ville være en god idé at tilføje en opfordring om at lukke pakkeboksens låge efter afhentning af pakken. Jeg har nemlig bemærket, at folk ofte glemmer det eller ikke er sikre på, om de skal lukke lågen efter afhentning. Den bør lukkes, så den kan holde længere og ikke bliver beskidt indeni.
