Norway forgotten

Why oh why does PostNord have one app available in European app stores for SE,DK&FI but for Norway the app is separate and only available in the Norwegian app store? I have a parcel in a locker and need to buy an iphone with a norwegian apple id to retrieve it. When the same company has an app that is on my original phone.

Super annoying identification

I tried to identify with MitID but it just keeps loading forever with no response, can’t even see where my parcel is after delivered, and there is no customer service at all, what is wrong with this company?

Worst of the worst

App itself is ok, but delivery is so hilariously bad. Delays, missing, customer service agent acting like bots, you name it.

Incompetent no customer service no help no tracking

Artificially high rates. Nonsense extra handling declaration charges for imports. Terrible package handling. One of the worst postal companies.

Post Nords in app customer service is disgraceful. Agents are rude and disrespectful.

No customer support available

I want to speak with support but it does not work. Says it will help during opening hours and it is 10am!

Worst Delivery

Never request Postnord to deliver your parcel to your address, first of all, it is unlikely for them to deliver it, they will come up with some excuses to make you pick up at service points. Worst case: they will literally dispose of it if the package is damaged, no consent was given by the customer and there will be no compensation. They will point their finger at the customer with some excuses. On top of them all, you have to be really persistent to get to know your parcel situation.

Useless

Asked to download app by retailer, cannot get past the 3 countries to chose to move forward in app, none of which was UK where I am based. Deleted the app and crossing my fingers that the purchase actually arrives.

Terrible delivery service

Post Nord is be a long way, the worst delivery service I’ve ever known. Lost packages, incorrect tracking information. Delivery agents who simply don’t ring door bells or call phone numbers. Complete disgrace. Terrible service.

Cannot authenticate when name and/or? address protection are in effect

Receiving orders

This app does not tell when I can receive my order in the United States. These orders take too long to get here

Useless garbage

App is absolutely useless if you don’t live in the origin country. Might as well as your neighbor where your package is because you will get the same answer.

…och ytterligare skapa ännu en barriär att gömma sig bakom i den bedrägeriverksamhet (maskerad som ”brev och paketleverantör”) man bedriver. I själva verket handlar det om att ta folks pengar under förevändning att man tillhandahåller tjänster kring logistik samt att casha ut skattepengar till överbetalda högdjur som är helt och hållet inkompetenta…

Not foreigner friendly

Wish postnord made an app I could use. I live in Norway but my phone region has to stay in my home country. Can’t use the Norwegian app nor this one that only applies to Finland, Denmark, and Sweden. I usually avoid postnord for this reason but occasionally I have to use it. Now I need to bother someone to open the box so I can pickup my package :(
