Not working at all
I’m going to reach out to support but I paid for a week of this, and it literally isn’t working at all, and just gives me an error message every time I try to bulk archive or delete no matter how many posts I’m working with.
Halfway successful but no support
This app would regularly fail and the only indicator or information was the word error very briefly appearing on screen. No information about what went wrong. If their support had replied to me when I emailed them, they might get a better review. Instead, I had to experiment with all kinds of post type and date range filters to get any really substantial deletion or archival of posts. I spent a lot of time manually doing these filters during my subscription. I still have hundreds of posts I’d like deleted from a decade of being on Instagram. It probably wasn’t much faster than doing it myself, manually, but it was less tedious. So that’s something.
