Very poor experience
Very poor experience with Potafo. I placed my order at 1:00 PM, but it was delivered only at 3:45 PM, which is an unacceptable delay. The customer service was also very disappointing, as there was no proper communication or support regarding the delay. Overall, the service quality was poor, and this experience did not meet expectations.

Full of Bugs, not even working
First fix your app, the is not even fetching the location, then send your notifications. I tried in two devices which is 16 pro max and 14 pro max not even fetching the location
Worst service you could ever get
Dont get me wrong i never wanted to post this but it took my delivery more than an hour to reach and there was no point of contact except the main helpline atleast mention the time for the delivery
One hour and the food is still not picked up
Amateurs tying to make things work. Not at all satisfied with the service. The restaurant is just 2 kms away, the food has been sitting there for more than 15 mins and no body has picked it up till now, its been one hour since I ordered. Its the second bad incident from Potafo, and they don’t wanna improve. You have lost one customer (me) and another 8 - 10 customers (friends). I dont want money, I cant eat money when I am hungry

Best in Calicut
Potafo offers almost all the notable restaurants in Calicut. Doesn’t inflate prices like Zomato or Swiggy. The app interface needs to be improved.
Declining professionalism in Potafo
Earlier used to be such a wonderful delivery service in Calicut. I’ve personally supported them a lot by not ordering in Swiggy or Zomato when I am in Calicut. Off late I am seeing very unprofessional, Lying & lack of customer empathy. I was told once restaurant was delaying, however in th App it was clearly showing Delivery Guy not assigned, I double checked by calling the restaurant to make sure. When I tried to confront the delivery guy, he was absolutely rude. If you guys don’t go back to your professionalism and customer centric, I won’t prefer to order from you guts any more.

The only reason potafo exist is because they have iconic restraints in Calicut exclusively. Never have i got a delivery on time in through this app.
