45 Minutes Just to Pick Up the Order!
Don’t order from Potafo if you expect your food within an hour. This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered from Rahmath Restaurant, which is only 1 km from my home. I had guests at home, so I couldn’t go and collect the food myself.
If you visit Rahmath Restaurant directly, they prepare a takeaway order in about 10 minutes. But with Potafo, the delivery partner took more than 45 minutes just to reach the restaurant and pick up the order. The food was ready but kept waiting at the restaurant, affecting both the delivery time and food quality.
A food delivery app should save time, not waste it. Even for a restaurant just 1 km away, the service was extremely slow and disappointing.
I will never order through Potafo again.
If you want to eat lunch on time, place your Potafo order at breakfast time—that’s how slow the service is.
Potafo seriously needs to improve its delivery operations and assign delivery partners much faster. I cannot recommend this app to anyone who values timely food delivery.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience with Potafo. I placed my order at 1:00 PM, but it was delivered only at 3:45 PM, which is an unacceptable delay. The customer service was also very disappointing, as there was no proper communication or support regarding the delay. Overall, the service quality was poor, and this experience did not meet expectations.
