The delivery charges and rates are comparatively lower than other food delivery apps, which makes it a great option for customers.

The delivery staff are very friendly, professional, and courteous. The customer care team is also highly skilled in resolving issues and provides excellent support whenever needed.

I experienced a slight delay with one of my orders, but both the delivery executive and the customer care team proactively contacted me and informed me about the delay. Their communication and customer service were impressive and helped avoid any inconvenience.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience with Potafo. I placed my order at 1:00 PM, but it was delivered only at 3:45 PM, which is an unacceptable delay. The customer service was also very disappointing, as there was no proper communication or support regarding the delay. Overall, the service quality was poor, and this experience did not meet expectations.
