Worst Kind of Service
Taste is not that great. However the delivery is pathetic. I ordered at 12:30 PM and repeated follow ups at 2:10 PM they are telling me, the order will be dispatched in 5 minutes and it’ll take 40 minutes to reach me. In all, you have to place the order 4-5 hours ahead of time to get it at launch time. Also, they charge a lot for home delivery. Don’t order from this restaurant.

Standards have come with their chain of expansion! Recently I ordered from new outlet in Bachupally-Hyderabad, and in-line are problems: 1) Product was unsatisfactory, no masala or little for a serving portion of 2-3 2) On application coupon got applied and later it’s automatically revoked 3) Customer care on application doesn’t work and I had to wait for 1.5 hours..that’s when executive reached 4) Executive can’t help, he called up manager who has no idea about potful app or details 5) Post waiting time of 25 mins, they got in touch with tech team and got me new bill with coupon applied 6) At this time pot doesn’t open as it turned cold and when it opens..I find plain rice with less and tasteless masala

App is pathetic
One of the badly built apps. Cannot pick proper GPS but no option of adding exact address as well without using the app’s GPS. So this messes up the delivery location as well as the restaurant that serves the address. In all this, the cart loses any of the options that you have opted for and defaults to base option and forces you into to payment. No options to go back and change or cancel, the helpline / restaurant staff is useless. In fact they suggest NOT to use their own app but use other platforms. The food is good but the app/experience is pathetic!

Order from zomato instead
They send good quality in zomato and send bad quality when ordered from this app as you dont have complaints and refunds in app.
Once got leftovers small bones and meat pieces slightly bigger than keema in a biryani that was supposed to have 6 mutton pieces.
In zomato you have atleast option to complain and refund.

Great app got food delivered on time loved the taste of food.
Worst App
Worst App with no order tracking and un contactable support number. I had to wait for my order for 2:5 hrs. I had already given 1:5 hrs time to deliver my order. They have taken 1 hr more. Worst app with minimal support in navigating. First experience itself is pathetic. If one is hungry, pls don’t depend on potful. Potful keeps our stomachs empty for a longggg time. Poor order management and worst delivery experience.

Not so usable on iPhone 12 Pro Max
LOcation service does not work to find address and add to user account. Would be good if there was a way to add address manually. The keyboard does not disappear when trying to add. Looks like lot of ui issues

First order. Delivery is made after 2.5 hrs. Their usual delivery time is 1.5 hrs every order.

The quality of food is just so amazing and feels home made. Calling up the restaurant directly is so easy and ordering food from the app is even easier. I love these folks. I am a Bengoli and can bet that not even in Kolkata you get this taste of Kolkata Biryaani they serve.

Amazing food
Have been loyal customer of potful for nearly 2 years now! There Hyderabadi chicken Biriyani with Nawabi Tangdi is an epic meal while there mutton variant is just as amazing. A must try if you live in Bangalore.
Great food, poor app
I used app 2 times and it always ends up with an error message in the last step, yet it sends SMS that order is successful. This is very confusing.
