Pathetic, Like our ROADS! This app isn’t even letting me create an account. Forget reporting hazardous cratered roads. So disappointing.

Unable to register after opening app designed by second grade student. In world of gen AI and IT capital and so called silicon valley of India f app look so horrible and broken backend … would request relevant ministers to spend some money on app and get this working. I almost died today and came here to report but app is broken like Banglore roads. We will never be first world country, that’s for sure

Not able to create account with email , the app stops responding after you enter email ID. How one can launch an app with out even verifying if the new user creation function works or not .

Sheer incompetence of BBMP and developers. You market the launch in news paper and claim victory .. yet the app even doesn’t let log in using email or Facebook. Why launch such useless apps?
